Well, I am full of cold this week and everywhere I turn people are ill with "bugs" Even my PC has been plagued with a bug in the last couple of days.Isn't it strange how even machines get blips and glitches when you least want them to?
Also is it me or is everyone a little bit grumpy?
In the last week I have been- shouted at by a bus driver who also raised his fingers in a rather rude gesture, was nearly run over by a car at a zebra crossing, and sat with a drunk on the train who hated anyone who wasn't falling over drunk like himself.
As an NLP practitioner my reflection on this means that it is something to do with how I must be projecting at the moment.Basically, the response we get back is a reflection of what we put out. So, I have been taking a look in the mirror today and have written down all the niggles that are niggling at me, screwed the piece of paper up and placed it in the bin. They are no more- The niggles are now trash, London is wonderful and light at least 7 hours of the day, there are hundreds of bus drivers and most of them are smiley and nice, and the trains are full of people who are sober and in short- If you're a bit grumpy today. Look at the world, turn all negatives to positives for 10 minutes and you might be
surprised how different it looks from a place of positive perspective.
Ooh I can feel a climb every mountain and following rainbows and yellow brick roads song coming along!!!
Enjoy today

Marie, I haven't noticed that people are grumpy but I've had a couple of lorry drivers trying to intimidate me.
I walked out of the petrol station towards my car and spotted a lorry had pulled up behind me. When I happened to look up at the driver, he was gesticulating and shouting to the effect "look where you've parked - I can't get through...".
He obviously saw a middle-aged mum who he thought was going to panic and apologise when I realised I'd blocked his exit.
So I gave him my "are you stupid?" look and said - you've chosen to drive into this lane, now you're trying to say that's my fault? I don't think so, sonny..."
Ooh, it did make me cross though because the world has started to see me as some little old dear who can be pushed around.
As if!
