Marie has over 20 years HR experience, is a Fellow of the CIPD and holds an MBA from Cambridge.
My business is about people. As a leading Coach and Management Consultant I work with individuals and organisations who want to be the best they can be. The focus of my work is on resolving issues which prevent individuals and organisations from maximising their performance. At the individual level I coach managers and executives who want to address issues in their personal life, career, performance at work or relationships with others. At the organisational level, my focus is on organisational development, HR, mediation and career coaching and training.
Marie is a master practitioner of NLP and has senior level experience across the public and voluntary sectors. Marie has worked extensively on individual disputes and tribunal matters, and has considerable experience in working with lawyers, counsel and unions/works councils. Marie was a founder member of the Employers Forum on European Social Policy dealing with employer consultation on EU employment directives.
